Indusign NV is a Belgian engineering company that is the creator and exclusive owner of the E- Crane® product line. E-Crane USA, Galion, Ohio, was formed as a wholly owned subsidiary to serve the American market.
Management Objectives
E-Crane International USA is a company focused and committed to the E-Crane® product line. ECI will provide engineering, sales, marketing, product, spare parts, and management services for the support of present and future sales of the E- Crane® in North and South America.
Management
Mark W. Osborne, Professional Engineer, is a graduate of The Ohio State University and the president of E-Crane International USA. Mr. Osborne has over 25 years engineering and management experience.
Mr. Steve Suter is the Service Manager. Mr. Dale Ensminger is one of the many Field Service Engineers. Both Mr. Suter, Mr. Ensminger and all the other service engineers are factory trained on every aspect of the E-Crane®
Mr. Jerry Hoffmann is responsible for marketing and dealer management. Dan Shaw is the Parts Manager. Ms. Charla Lust is the Office Manager.
